The project had an unfortunate fire in 2018 burning the 4 levels of wood framing however the podium was structurally sound and intact. The 063 development team led the acquisition and is currently rebuilding the project with Great Lakes Capital. The podium project has two-story underground parking, 85 units and 72 parking spaces.
