063 is currently designing and entitling 300 units at PEÑA Station, located one stop from Denver International Airport (DEN) on the RTD A-line. The site is C-MX-8 zoning and will accommodate 300 residential units, 3,525 SF+/- ground floor retail, and parking. The site is in a prime location and is situated on a private street across from Aviation Park, has light rail connectivity, and is surrounded by miles of trails, parks, and open space. These public, community-focused spaces will be activated with pedestrian-friendly streets programmed with lively community events. Rental rates are lower than Denver CBD or RINO neighborhood with easy access to CBD, DEN and jobs.
